How To: Make Vegan Pancakes

I love pancakes, but I can not drink milk or eat eggs. So the other day I started thinking about how to make a recipe for pancakes without the main ingredients. Just flour and water? or something else needed? That was a question just google  could answer . So I looked for a recipe to make my breakfast. And after much searching I found a pancake recipe without milk, or eggs.
But would they  be good?  Yes  they were good.

Ingredients                                  

1- 2 cups flour

2-4tsp baking powder

3-1/2 tsp salt

4-2 tbsp sugar

5-1/2 tsp vanilla extract

6-3 tbsp oil

7-1 1/2 to 2 cups water

How to made:

A-Heat griddle over medium-high heat. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a medium bowl. Mix dry ingredients with a fork or spoon

B-Add the vanilla extract and the oil.

C-Add the water to the batter until the batter is the right consistency. Add 1 1/2 cups first and then gradually add a little more at a time. Make sure the batter is not too thin or too thick

D-Add in fruit you and your kids like. Stir gently.

F-Spoon the batter onto a heated griddle. When batter begins to bubble, flip pancakes carefully. Remove from griddle when pancakes are golden.
